Powersupply fan - inoperable.
Heatsink fan - loud annoying, sometimes doesn't start
DVD rw drive - inoperable.
Components replaced over life of machine - 1
Operation Life - nearly 6 years and still going.

yeah, I'm poor. I dont have the money to fix my comp, and even if I did it wouldnt be worth it, I've got the best processor you can put in my motherboard so really if I ever upgrade my computer it's going to have to be a whole new tower, and I really don't have a spare 1.5grand laying around to drop on a new tower.

lol, mine crashes, just usually it's a nonsensical one. I can handle standing in the middle of aoe on whelps in Ony25 no problem, but man when I first load into WoW I'd damn well better wait a couple minutes before I try to check the calendar. >.<

Macs are fantastic and I mean FANTASTIC for music editing though.
Also rather adept at photo/video editing.

I loved my thinkpad...do they still have the red nub of awesome for the mouse? cause that personally to me is so much better than a draw pad.

Hano, if only you knew how many times I wanted to throw my Macbook out the window while recording my band's last cd... but once I get my iMac things will be much better They are great for those things though (Logic is amazing). But honestly, photoshop and whatnot is no better on a mac than pc, other than the fact that "cheap" macs come with better hardware than most "cheap" pc's.

I have a full copy of logic and reason. Love them.
